Protection from Vandalism

[edit]

Please mark this article as semi-protected article. The page has been vandalized multiple times in the recent times.

Instances this week:

  1. Removal of huge content without explanation
  2. Correction: Removal of a random youtube channel url added

@Materialscientist Can you help with this, or tag the relevant person? Waonderer (talk) 08:22, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: requests for increases to the page protection level should be made at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. Deactivated request though Materialscientist might respond here. NotAGenious (talk) 08:55, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Bad formatting

[edit]

The overall formatting of the page places the map of the schools inline on the article, causing poor formatting and tons of whitespace when viewed on desktop. I'm too dumb to figure out how to format an image that is being referenced with curly braces. I tried moving it into the info box but that didn't look good. Would appreciate if somebody smarter could could fix this. Thanks! 17jmumford (talk) 21:11, 23 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding rearrangement of names of IITs on map with numbering

[edit]

As there are so many IIT names, it is better to provide numbers on map and to detail them at the bottom of the map.

Thank you
