Recent changes

I have partially reverted recent changes to the article for the following reasons:

{{Infobox Chinese}} allows Chinese names in addition to Korean ones.
The main book was a textbook of northern Chinese; the other translations are derived works.
The two parts of the title have Chinese etymologies, from which the Sino-Korean reading is derived.
The reference Wadley (1987) was misrepresented.
The original text was written in Chinese; the name Wangjing is explained in a note.
The text consists of Chinese characters, not Chinese pronunciations.
The Lee Youk-haw reference does not contain the source text it was cited for.
"Old Mandarin" only relates to the earliest part of the period covered by these texts.
The Lee Yong-gil reference does not appear to say that the former existence of a Japanese translation is disputed.
