Rosary on his wrist at the DNC performance
[edit]A Religious News opinion piece speculates whether he has converted to Christianity [1] after seeing the rosary on his wrist during his Bridge over Troubled Water performance Monday night at the convention [2]. Maybe some interviewer may ask him about it in the coming weeks and a reliable source created. 97.85.173.38 (talk) 02:33, 1 August 2016 (UTC)
Members Live Band 2016
[edit]Does anybody have a list of Live Band Members? I went to see him on November 1st 2016 in Brussels and thought I recognized Preston Reed playing guitar, but maybe I am tricked by the long hair :-) --Ruud habets (talk) 19:27, 3 November 2016 (UTC)
SOS/Byrds connection
[edit]Don't know if this would be appropriate, but Tom Wilson's choice to "electrify" SOS was influenced by the success the Byrds had with Mr. Tambourine Man. I can get a citation for it, but would like input from others as to whether or not it's appropriate. Thanks.THX1136 (talk) 21:22, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
Domestic Violence Arrest
[edit]Why is there no mention of this 2014 incident? https://www.cnn.com/2014/06/17/showbiz/paul-simon-charge-dropped/index.htmlO0drogue0o (talk) 18:36, 9 March 2019 (UTC)
- Because charges were dropped. PhilKnight (talk) 22:07, 9 March 2019 (UTC)
- The arrest still happened. The reason is the same as to why his thefts of songs isn't mentioned...some fans sanitize the page from anything critical. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 14.207.195.71 (talk) 16:22, 21 April 2019 (UTC)
- Yep, I came here looking for information on that. Actually, I was at Edie Brickell's where it seems the same sanitization has been performed. Jyg (talk) 07:15, 3 August 2022 (UTC)

early career is kind of a mess
[edit]I'm not sure it makes sense to launch into "Simon & Garfunkel" when one of his greatest albums (which isn't even mentioned here) came out the year after their debut album, and was solo. Should the section be renamed "Solo and with Garfunkel" or something like that? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.224.117.190 (talk) 19:56, 20 December 2020 (UTC)
First paragraph
[edit]Shouldn't the first paragraph include a mention of Simon & Garfunkel? The duo's name is only mentioned indirectly at the end of the second paragraph, when really him being in a duo called Simon & Garfunkel feels like a fact significant enough that it should be stated explicitly in the first paragraph — Preceding unsigned comment added by Giovata (talk • contribs) 06:19, 13 June 2022 (UTC)
Paul and Edie moved to Wimberley Texas
[edit]They moved to Wimberley Texas, is that something noteworthy enough to be included in the article? I'm not savvy on making
Paul Simon’s new house in Wimberley, Texas, has made him the talk of the town PAUL SIMON GRACES RADIO WAVES OF HIS NEW LITTLE TOWN 2603:8081:8700:687D:C657:D0BF:7B1D:23A (talk) 14:53, 13 June 2023 (UTC)
- Paul,I'm praying for you..look at Joshua 13:1 and see if that's not a fit. My family spent many wonderful vacations at Longcope's Jacobs Well in Wimberley. I've enjoyed your gift...praying for the Lord to stir you up as you sing your heart out to HIM...Blessings! 2600:100C:B2A6:896A:986A:DBDA:383D:4AFC (talk) 21:45, 4 July 2023 (UTC)
Kathy Chitty and Simons age
[edit]Under personal it claims when they met in 1964 he was 21 and she was 16, not true even the worst mathematician can work out that he was around 22/23 if he was born in 1941 as it states at bio, whilst there is no easily found record of her age she was reported to be 68 in 2014 meaning she was born in 1945 so was around 18/19. more headline grabbing fantasy posted as fact?
