2 google hits, seems to be a neologism. The guru of this school of thought is believed to have been the late Chief Damian Ohanyido Okoli the father of the renowned Nigerian Philosopher and poet, Francis ohanyido, see also Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Ohanyido.
