Not sure what this was supposed to mean: "...but this is not the right meaning of the name of this month." Took it out since it sounds rather non-NPOV. Likewise not sure what to do with "Perhaps,people thought that February was the middle of winter and spring" -- if February is in the middle of winter, how could it be between winter and spring?
