Tam Dayell
[edit]Hi. It is possible to inherit titles through the maternal line if there is a special remainder. In Tam Dayell's case though the article was incorrect though because he's a baronet, not a baron. Mintguy (T) 06:15, 1 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Regarding Hitler and the deaths of 50 million people. It doesn't matter whether Hitler was responsible for "all 50 million" --- he is considered to be one of the principal instigators of both the Holocaust and World War II and, as the content said, these two events did lead to death on that scale. The article already was NPOV and made no statement of blame. So, it's inappropriate to remove that fact unless you are disputing the number. Also it was not ambiguous and needed no clarification.

Richard von Weizsäcker
[edit]I deleted the "Lord" translation you put onto Richard von Weizsäcker, because (1) I don't think Freiherr should be translated (never heard this), and because (2) von Weizsäcker is known as president, not as a member of nobility, and for example media in Germany almost never used his full title. If you want to add it back, please put your reasons on the talk page of the article. -- till we *) 22:42, 15 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Evacuation of East Prussia
[edit]The name for the article, how it is right now, seems apropriate. If you really think, that the Soviet crimes in East Prussia deserve seprate entry, please create an entry called Soviet crimes in East Prussia and it would be referenced in the main article, in section dealing with the reasons for evacuation. Image Licenses
[edit]I am currently tagging zillions of images, and I came across this one, which you uploaded: Image:Ribbentrop.jpg. I've tagged it as {{unverified}}. If you could either pick the correct tag and update the image page, or let me know on my talk page and I will take care of it. Also, these (presumably) two images of Ribbentrop don't look like the same guy to me. But maybe they are: Image:Ribbentrop.jpeg and Image:Ribbentrop.jpg. --MaxPower 18:48, 2005 Jan 5 (UTC)
